Description: Celia Lawleys new musical, Gold Hill is based on historic fact about Julians 1870s gold rush. Both students and teachers read lines in the play and participate in the miners talent show. Celia packs 9 original songs into this 45 minute, fast paced show, where she sings, acts, dances and plays fiddle, guitar, mandolin, accordion and tin flute. The play is set in 1890, in San Diego county. Gold Hill is the perfect interactive assembly for 4th grade history students.
